George Bernard Shaw was an Irish playwright born in Dublin Ireland. In his creative lifetime, he wrote more than sixty plays. He was very involved in what he considered social injustices. He won a Nobel Prize for literature in 1925 and an Oscar for his film Pygmalion in 1938.
